Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold electronic public hearings on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
A request for a zone change amendment for the Desert Color Residential Planned Development Auburn Hills Phase 18. Desert Color is generally located east of I-15 and south of Southern Parkway and west of Desert Color Parkway. Case No. 2020-ZCA-028.
Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by Governor Gary Herbert on March 18, 2020 regarding Electronic Public Meetings, please be advised that the St. George Planning Commission meeting will be held electronically. An anchor location will be located at the St. George City Hall Council Chambers located at 175 E 200 N, St. George, Utah. Due to recommendations from the State of Utah and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, electronic attendance/participation is strongly encouraged as space at the anchor location will be limited.
