C-1 CITIZEN PUBLIC INPUT - Up to 10 minutes. Comments are limited to 3 minutes unless otherwise approved by the Committee Chair. ***Due to Covid-19 the public can attend via WebEx using the following link
C-2 OPEN MEETING REQUIREMENTS - Review of Open Meeting Requirements by David Johnson, District Attorney's Office (5 minutes)
C-3 REVIEW/PRIORITIZATION OF PROJECTS SUBMITTED FOR FUNDING FROM THE FUND 450 - Discussion lead by Rory Payne, Committee Chair. Committee to review and prioritize projects that have been submitted to be funded in the 450 fund. Agencies will be asked to provide information on specific projects, as well reasons for agency prioritization. Committee will be asked to prioritize and support projects to be funded within the budget given by Mayor's Finance as well as prioritize those that are 'next in line'. Committee vote for recommendation to the Mayor. Majority vote needed for recommendation.
