PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SOLDIER SUMMIT SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah August 12, 2020 - 10:00 A.M. *Board members may participate electronically at will, with the anchor location as stated above.* To minimize the potential spread of COVID-19 and consistent with provisions of the Utah Public and Open Meetings Act, Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-207, the Board of County Commissioners of Utah County has determined by resolution that County Commission meetings will be temporarily conducted electronically; that members of the public are required to participate in Commission meetings electronically and may offer citizen public input at appropriate times through approved electronic means as explained below; and that the Board may temporarily waive the OPMA requirement that physical space and facilities be provided for members of the public to attend the open portions of an electronic meeting of the Board. Members of the public are invited to view and participate in the electronic Commission meetings by viewing live streams of the meeting on the Utah County Government YouTube Channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkRYDnXVDLGv9792bhWn9Wg If a member of the public would like to provide comment electronically during a public comment portion of the meeting or as otherwise allowed by the Board, then the public may participate electronically by calling (385) 323-8760. REVIEW OF PUBLIC WORKS ITEMS/PROJECTS IN PROGRESS, INCLUDING: AUTOMATION, FENCING, AND WATER LINE PRESSURE/LEAKAGE 4. DISCUSS, REVIEW, AND APPROVE CHANGE OF WATER RATE FEES FOR HIGH-VOLUME USAGE 5. DISCUSSION ON FUNDING FOR PREPARATION OF THE NEW WELL IN SOLDIER SUMMIT SSD 6. APPROVE, DENY AND DISCUSS UPDATE OF TERMS FOR THE ALLRED CONTRACT. DENY OR GIVE PERMISSION TO SIGN SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT CONTRACT WITH ALLREDS. 7. REVIEW, APPROVE, AND AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF INVOICES AND OTHER CURRENT OBLIGATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND OTHER EXPENSES 8. REVIEW AND APPROVE OR DENY OUTSTANDING RECEIVABLES, PAST DUE ACCOUNTS, AND PLACE OR REMOVE LIENS AND TAKE NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION 9. REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 10.
