PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: July 14, 2020, Town Council Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. G. AGENDA ITEMS 1. CEDAR BREAKS NATIONAL MONUMENT PRESENTATION. Park Ranger Kacey Jones will give a presentation to the Council thanking them for their letter of support for the new visitor station at Cedar Breaks National Monument. 2. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER & SEWER CODE. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the Water and Sewer Code. 3. NIGHTLY RENTAL CODE AMENDMENT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold a discussion on a proposed amendment to the Nightly Rental Code. 4. RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUSINESS BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM. The Council will consider a resolution amending the Business Beautification Program to include condominiums and expand the program for Night Skies improvements. 5. CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE RESOLUTION. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will consider a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2021 Consolidated Fee Schedule, a schedule of fees collected by the Town. 6. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. H. ADJOURNMENT
