- Notice is hereby given that the Millville City Council will hold their regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at the Millville City Office, 510 East 300 South in Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. (Please note that all times listed are approximate.) 1. Approval of minutes of the City Council Meeting: July 9, 2020 5. Agenda Items: A. Public Comment Period (2 min/person) B. Request for Business License for CA Repairs at 11 North Main Street: Carson Allen C. Report on P&Z Meetings held July 16 and August 6, 2020: Dev. Coordinator Wall D. Consideration for granting of a waiver for side setback requirements for parcel 02-129-0040 from the Hulse Subdivision: Dev. Coordinator Wall E. Consideration of Resolution Establishing Fees for Ambulance/EMS services for businesses that do not receive a utility bill: Councilmember Zollinger F.
