Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to receive public input on a request by Terry Harward to modify the preliminary plan for Phases 5, 6 and 7 of Villages at Arrowhead Park, a planned residential development located west of Arrowhead Trail street at approximately 1400 North and 1200 East. The applicant is proposing to modify the preliminary plan to accommodate 132 single-family dwelling lots within these phases. The public may participate in the public hearing via Zoom Conferencing. A link to the Zoom meeting will be available on the Payson City website at www.paysonutah.org at least 24 hours before the meeting. Additional information regarding the proposed development may be obtained by calling the Payson City Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 801-465-5204 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
