NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to Chapter 20 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding Foothill Development Standards.(Z-14-20) At the same meeting, the Planning Commission will consider amending Chapter 7 of the Zoning Ordinance adding provisions for reciprocal access. Farmington City Planning Commission meetings, including this meeting, are open to the public. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, if necessary, members of the public wishing to attend may be able to view the meeting online. In the event this occurs, the link to view the hearings live and to comment electronically will be found on the Farmington City website at www.farmington.utah.gov. In-person attendance may also be an alternative, but any in-person attendance/gathering will meet the latest governmental restrictions related to the COVID-19 virus.
