PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, August 10, 2020, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah for the purpose of discussing and acting on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works update - Update of Dollar Ridge EWP - Discussion and Consideration to approve Resolution No. 20-05 Tax Levy Ballot; Gateway Recreation and Wellness Special Service District - Discussion and Consideration to approve Resolution No. 20-06 Tax Levy Ballot; Upper Community Recreation Special Service District - Update on 2020-21 Duchesne County School year - Discussion and Consideration of Surplus property - Discussion of Indigent Defense Grant - Discussion and Consideration of the Duchesne County COVID-19 Plan of action - Update on 2020 Census - Update on Economic Recovery Grant applications - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Discussion and Consideration of new business licenses; o JNJS, LLC d.b.a.
