NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Code, that on August 6, 2020, the City Council (the 'Council') of Kaysville City, Utah (the 'City'), adopted a resolution (the 'Resolution') in which it authorized the calling of a special bond election (the 'Special Election') concerning the acquisition and construction, owning and operation by the City of a municipal fiber optic network, including the financing thereof (the 'Undertaking') and called a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to a presentation of the arguments (a) in favor of the Undertaking, and (b) against the Undertaking. TIME, PLACE, AND LOCATION OF PUBLIC HEARING The Council shall hold a public hearing on September 17, 2020, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Business Resource Center of the Davis Technical College, located at 450 South Simmons Way, Kaysville, Utah. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
