NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing via an Online Meeting on August 27, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. to consider the following items; and that the Wasatch County Council will hold a Public Hearing via an Online Meeting on September 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to hear the following item(s) advanced to the County Council by the JSPA Planning Commission*: **PLEASE NOTE: This meeting will be available both live (with a 40 second delay) and afterwards from the Wasatch County Website: https://docs.wasatch.utah.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/. Opportunity to participate via a live webinar meeting is available by registering to attend as a participant at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81783100753?pwd=SmJwd1FvTjRKYllkWWlYTTZEeU9PUT09. Comments can be made during the public comment portion of the meeting once recognized by the host. Public comments and questions for this meeting can also be made via email prior to August 26th 5:00p.m. Emails need to be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. The Council Chambers will NOT be available for public use. For questions regarding connecting to the webinar please call the Planning Department. 1. Jack Johnson Consulting, representing Landscope LLC., is requesting final approval for phases 1B, 1C and 1D for Mayflower Lakeside. The phases consist of 24 condominium units in two 12-plex buildings and 62 townhouse units in 31 buildings and a clubhouse located on 21.43 acres. The proposal is located on the east side of Highway 40 on the northeast side of State Route 319 northwest of the State Park entrance in Section 19 of Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). Jack Johnson Consulting, representative for SkyRidge Development LLC., is requesting final approval of plat 4 referred to as the Gemini phase which contains 44 single family lots on 22.3 acres in Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). (DEV-3008; Draper Carlile) 3. Hamlet Development Corporation requests Master Plan, Physical Constraints and Density Determination, including an amendment to the JSPA plan book, for Sage Hen Hollows, a proposed single family residential development consisting of two phases totaling 60 ERUs on 40 acres located adjacent to the Jordanelle Parkway in Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on September 2, 2020. (DEV-3035; Austin Corry) All interested persons are invited to attend. *County Council Public Hearings will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the date specified also via an online meeting.
