Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2020 electronically over Webex; however, due to recently enacted emergency protocols concerning the COVID-19 virus, public attendance will be by electronic means only. To view the council meeting live, email the deputy recorder for an invitation. Public comments will be taken over this platform during the meeting. Comments will also be accepted in writing before the meeting by emailing Deputy Recorder Whittney Black at Whittney@farrwestcity.com. *Invitation requests must be sent to the deputy recorder by 4pm on August 13th. Requests sent after this time, are not guaranteed an invitation to the meeting. 1. Call to Order - Chairman Ted Black 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer 3. Business Items a. Open a public hearing to consider the intent of the legislative body to amend Title 17.44.190, Site Development Standards for all Residential Zones in the Farr West Municipal Code c. Close the public hearing and proceed with the regular meeting d. Recommend to the City Council amendments to Title 17.44.190, Site Development Standards for all Residential Zones in the Farr West City Municipal Code e. Set a public hearing for August 27, 2020 to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Kevin Linsley for a construction service business located at 3092 North 2000 West in the M-1 zone - Kevin Linsley f. Recommend site plan approval of Rocky Mountain Fence, Inc. located at 2202 North 2000 West - Levi Call g. Set a public hearing to for August 27, 2020 to consider the request of a re-zone of the 2700 North LLC property located at approximately 1300 North 1200 West, parcel number 15-001-0054, from the A-1 zone to the C-2 zone - David Chugg h. Discussion/Action - Concept Plan for Dixon Lot located approximately 1806 West 1900 North - Jim Flint/Stacey Dixon i. Recommend preliminary approval of the Martinez Rose subdivision located at 2596 North 2075 West - Jim Flint/Lonnie Martinez j. Discuss/Action - Agribusiness Ordinance k. Discussion - General Plan 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated June 25, 2020 and July 9, 2020 5. Mayor/Council Follow-up a. Report on Assignments 6.
