DISCUSS AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR BEN HOWE-Platt & Platt 3. PUBLIC HEARING ON SETTING A MORATORIUM ON APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS (PUD) FOR SIX MONTHS 4. DISCUSS AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON A SIX MONTH MORATORIUM ON PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS (PUD) 5. DISCUSS FENCE HEIGHT REGULATIONS IN ZONING ORDINANCE 6. DISCUSS ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON LOTS 7. DISCUSS CHANGES TO ZONING ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 11, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS (PUD) 8. PUBLIC COMMENTS 9. COMMISSION/STAFF REPORTS 10. Meetings of the Enoch City Planning Commission may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Enoch City Code of Revised Ordinances, Chapter 3-500, regarding meeting procedures including electronic meetings.
