- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Steve Allison for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a tree trimming business out of his home at 127 West 400 South.
