- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The City Council shall receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider a request from Austin Wood to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from ROS1 (RA-1) Residential to RSF (R-1-12) at property located at 290 East 300 South. Tax Id. #10-016-0010.
