Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Stephanie Strawn for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a preschool business out of her home at 865 South 100 East. Tax Id. #10-081-0006 b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Dusty Hansen for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a custom woodworking business out of his home at 178 East 200 South. Tax Id. #10-028-0018 c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Austin Wood to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from ROS1 (RA-1) Residential to RSF (R-1-12) at property located at 290 East 300 South. Tax Id. #10-016-0010. 7. Other zoning matters
