- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88912055331 or by phone at +1 312 626 6799 meeting ID: 889 1205 5331 to discuss the following matters: Request of Jerry Preston for a Re-Zone from General Commercial & Agricultural to Mixed-Use Development, approx. 15.015 acres located at approx. 1600 W 1700 S Public comments will be accepted electronically at Plannin gDepartm ent@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075 any time prior to the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
