- Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Authority Committee of Castle Dale City will hold its zoning meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at the Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Opening Statement. 3. Approval of 2020 minutes. 4. Art Olsen. 5. Doug Gilmore and Ifo Pili, owners of Esquire Estates. 6. Zoning ordinance planning. 7. Any other business which can properly come before the committee.
