The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance -Approval of minutes of June 18 and July 2 meetings - Consideration of Mark Nelson appeal of Planning Commission approval of Smalley CUP application - Hearing on standing of appellant, including presentation and discussion by both parties on points of law regarding standing of appellant - Council decision on appeal. - Consider bid from Bryce Thompson for cutting Town's dead trees - Department Reports Elizabeth - EMS, Arts Council, Fire Council, Library Board Conrad - Enforcement Issues, Landfill Gladys - Cemetery, Buildings, Tourism Council Judy - Planning Commission, Roads Clerks - including approval of July checks issued Mayor - Public Comments This meeting will be held electronically in accordance with the Governor's Executive Order suspending enforcement of provisions of Utah Code 52-4-202 and 52-4-207 and related agency orders, rules and regulations due to infectious disease Covid-19 Novel Coronavirus.
