AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AUGUST 19, 2020 NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETING REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on August 19, 2020, commencing at 7:00 pm. Pursuant to changes in the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act and Covid-19 Guidelines, this meeting will be conducted electronically. Citizens may submit comments via email at zoompubliccomment@afcity.net prior to 5:00 pm the day of the meeting and access a YouTube live stream of the meeting at afcity.org. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Discussion on the Northampton House Historic Building Conservation Project, located at 190 West 300 North 2. Hearing, review and action on a land use map amendment from the General Commercial to the Public Facilities designation, located in the area of 1730 N. North County Blvd. (9826 North 4800 West) 3. Hearing, review and action on the Blackhurst Property Land Use Map Amendment from the Residential Medium Density to Residential High Density designation, located at 440 South 100 East 4. Hearing, review and action on the Blackhurst Property Zone Map Amendment from R2-7,500 to R4-7,500 Residential zone, located at 440 South 100 East 5. Hearing, review and action on the Rawlings Zone Map Amendment from the R1-7,500 to R2-7,500 Residential zone located at 165 East 300 North 6. Hearing, review and action on a site plan for the Bach Apartments, located in the area of 740 East 620 South in the PC Planned Community zone 7. Hearing, review and action on the Ritchie American Fork 860 Apartments, located in the area of 860 East Quality Drive in the PC Planned Community zone 8. Review and action on the final plat of Easton Park Subdivision Phase 5, located in the area of 547 South 860 East in the PC Planned Community zone 9. Hearing, review and action on an amended site plan for Swig, located at 135 East Main Street in the CC-1 Central Commercial zone 10. Hearing, review and action on an amended site plan for Chick-Fil-A, located at 183 North West State Road in the SC-1 Planned Shopping Center zone 11. Other Business 12. Site Plan Committee Report 13.
