PUBLIC HEARING for the purpose of receiving comment on a proposed amendment to the Land Use Ordinance, Residential Land Use Title 11.08 & 10, to allow assisted living facilities as a conditional use as part of the “Residential Facilities for Elderly Persons.” 2. Open and Public Meetings Act annual training - Bill Morris 3. Approval of Minutes of meeting held January 12, 2010. 4. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding your concerns or ideas on land use issues. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning Commission cannot take action on any item brought to the Planning Commissions’ attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda. Any concerns you have regarding staff are the responsibility of the administration, not the Planning Commission. 5. City Council Report - Commissioner 6. Adjournment.
