NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold an electronic public hearing before the City Council on August 18, 2020 to receive public comment on a request by Ross Ford, representing The Home Builders Association. for a Text Amendment to amend the 136 Center Commercial Special District (CSD-136) code, and to rezone 2.55 acres of property from M1 (Light Manufacturing) to CSD-136, and to amend the Land Use Map from Business/Light Manufacturing to the Commercial Special District designation.
