Description/Agenda: July 30, 2020 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Spring City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Spring City Hall on August 19, 2020 at 6:30pm Social distancing rules will be followed, masks are recommended This hearing will address plans for a city-wide moratorium on new residential construction within city limits because of discrepancies in city code concerning impact fees on lots previously occupied and the need to address issues with city utility infrastructure. Also, minor changes to the city code in titles 8, 10, 12. The City Council of Spring City will also hold a public hearing on these issues. A separate posting will be issued for this hearing.
