NOTICE The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 19, 2020 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held via the zoom meeting platform to accommodate for Covid-19 public health precautions. ZOOM Meeting I.D. 84791482333 https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84791482333?pwd=OG9uVy9OTEpMb01FNGVQTUVJbTJQZz09 The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible recommendation, a plat amendment for the S&B&J Acres Subdivision. The subdivision is located on New Lane Road and the applicants are Larry and Terrie Leifson. To make comment at the Public Hearing on the proposed application please contact Oakley City offices and register for the hearing. Only parties that have registered with the City Recorder, may make comment during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting by emailing amy@oakley city.com or submitted to the office prior to 4:30 p.m. on the day of the public hearing. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Abigail Morrison at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
