Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon request to the Community and Economic Division, 801-270-2420. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Commission members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communications. If a commission member does participate via telephonic communications, the commission member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that other commission members and other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussion.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Executive Order 2020-5 Suspending the Enforcement of Provisions of Utah Code 52-4-202 and 52-4-207 due to Infectious Disease COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus issued by Governor Herbert on March 18, 2020 and Emergency Executive Order 20-02 issued by the Mayor on April 1, 2020, the Planning Commission of Murray City, Utah will hold an electronic only regular meeting at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2020. The Chair of the Murray City Planning Commission has determined that due to the continued rise of COVID-19 case counts, meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those in attendance. No physical meeting location will be available. The public may view the meeting via the live stream at www.murraycitylive.com or https://www.facebook.com/MurrayCityUtah/. If you would like to submit comments for an agenda item you may do so by sending an email, including your name and contact information, in advance of, or during the meeting to planningcommission@murray.utah.gov. Comments are limited to 3 minutes or less and will be read into the meeting record.
