AGENDA HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY AT 6:30 P.M., AUGUST 6, 2020. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Ben Russell, Canyon Estates - To request final plat approval for Canyon Estates Phase 2 located at approximately 700 East 1100 South consisting of 16 single family residential building lots. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION: A. Resolution 20-09 - A resolution accepting a petition for annexation of certain real property under the provisions of Section 10-2-405, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended (Mountain View - 18.553 acres). 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Certification of Annexation Petition for the Lewis Annexation. B. Consideration and award of the bid for Blacksmith Park. C. Consideration and approval of an agreement with Cache County to provide EMS services. D. Discussion on EMS fees. E. Mayor and City Council reports. 12.
