- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 4th day of August 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember N. Sparks - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held July 7, 2020 2. New Business - LeRoy Goodey - Historic Preservation Commission Report - Resolution 20-09 'A Resolution Implementing the National League of Cities and Towns Service Line Program ' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Green Waste Dumpster Councilmember N. Sparks - July Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Water Meter Reader Replacement Project - Neighborhood Watch - National Night Out Against Crime - Animal Control Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Road Equipment - Parks Department - Sports 4. Other Business - August Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - August 18, 2020 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
