NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
To all residents in the Town of Dutch John
The Town of Dutch John will hold a public hearing on August 18, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is for an appeal of an administrative decision; see Chapter 6, use definitions, accessory structures of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance. The appellant will appeal for relief on the alleged grounds such regularity provisions in the Town of Dutch John's Planning and Zoning Ordinance are believed to be improper or a hardship.
The hearing will be held at the Dutch John Conference Hall, 580 South Blvd., Dutch John, UT 84023.
