Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, August 6, 2020. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. *NOTICE: This meeting will be held electronically, with some staff located at City Hall as the anchor location. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Disclosures 2) ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2020-02 MBA, a Resolution of the Municipal Building Authority of Ivins City, Utah, authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $3,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2020; and related matters B. Discuss and consider approval of the Municipal Building Authority releasing all claims and interests in UNITY Park and releasing/reconveying title to Ivins City 3) ADJOURNMENT Reasonable accommodation: Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
