Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider public input regarding the adoption of the proposed: (a) Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Analysis, including drinking water rights and water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution and pressurized irrigation water rights and water supply, storage, and distribution; and (b) Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Analysis for sewer collection and treatment. The hearing will be conducted during the regular City Council meeting on Wednesday August 19, 2020 in the City Council Chambers located at 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. Following the public hearing, the City Council will vote on whether to approve the items.
The Impact Fee Facilities Plans, an executive summary of the Impact Fee Facilities Plans, Impact Fee Analysis, and a draft of the proposed enactment/ordinances are available at the Payson City offices located at 439 West Utah Avenue, the Payson City public library located at 66 South Main Street, the Payson City website at www.paysonutah.org, and upon request. This notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of Utah Code §§ 11-36a-504 and 10-9a-205.
