Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. the Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Monroe City Hall, 10 North Main, Monroe, Utah, for the purpose of accepting public comments concerning proposed amendments to the Monroe City Land Use and Development Code Regulations. Proposed changes will include but are not limited to the following: (1) Adding definition of short-term rental to Chapter 3. (2) Amending Chapter 10-1002; Chapter 11-1102; Chapter 12-1202; Chapter 13-1303; Chapter 14-1402; Chapter 15-1502 with short-term rental as a conditional use. A copy of the proposed changes to the city's Land Use and Development Code Regulations is on file at the office of the city recorder and is available for review during regular business hours.
