Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings, via electronic or telephonic means, on August 11, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings include, but are not limited to, the following projects: - B & H Land Holdings Rezone and General Plan Amendment. This is a proposal for a General Plan Amendment and to rezone 160 land north of Brandon Park and west of Brylee Estates from Agriculture to R1, R2, and R3. - Special Uses Code Amendment. Amendments to EMMC 17.75 to include uses recently approved as permitted special uses in various zones throughout the City. - Code Amendment to EMMC 17.25.030 Residential Land Uses Table to add a footnote addressing standard for roosters. Those interested in the proposed code amendments are encouraged to provide public comment through one of the following means: voicemail message at (801) 789-6611, or through email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings.
