BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planning Staff) The proposed Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center project is an applicant-proposed rezone of the property, located on the northwest corner of Pony Express Parkway and Eagle Mountain Boulevard, to a mix of Commercial Community, MF1, and MF2. A public hearing was held on July 21, 2020 and the item was tabled. BACKGROUND: (Presented by Mayor Westmoreland) With the recent announcement of City Administrator Ifo Pili accepting a city manager position in Las Cruses, New Mexico, it is proposed that Paul Jerome will fill the position of City Administrator, vacated by Mr. 3 Pili. CITY COUNCIL/MAYOR'S BUSINESS This time is set aside for the City Council's and Mayor's comments on City business. 16.
