PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold electronic public hearings on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A Zoning Regulation Amendment that Desert Canyons Development is proposing to amend portions of the City zoning ordinance relating to off-street parking requirements of RV Parks. A conditional use permit to operate a bar establishment at 61 West St. George Blvd. The property is zoned C-4 (Central Business District Commercial). The applicant is Kelli Payne. Case No. 2020-CUP-007 Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by Governor Gary Herbert on March 18, 2020 regarding Electronic Public Meetings, please be advised that the St. George Planning Commission meeting will be held electronically.
