3. Discussion on a proposed code amendment to the Santa Clara City Code, Title 13, Chapter 13.24, Storm Water (Low-Impact Development Standards) & Discussion on adoption of Dixie Storm Water Coalition Low-Impact Development Application Guidance for Santa Clara City.
