- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on THURSDAY, July 30, 2020 at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1.
