RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 13, 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Riverton City is proposing changes to Title 18 regarding maximum building heights in commercial and industrial zones. - Newman Construction is requesting a rezone of about 9.92 acres located at 1300 West Withers Lane. The current zoning is RR-22, the requested zoning is RM-8. - Paulina Estrada is requesting a conditional use permit for a home occupation, 'The Goods Cookies' to be located at 1766 West Dalmeny Way. - Costco Wholesale is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit and SLR Master Site Plan for a gas station and warehouse-store to be located at the northeast corner of 13200 South and the northbound lanes of the Mountainview Corridor. - Ryan Brinton is requesting approval of a Commercial Site Plan for 'Apex Insurance' to be located at 2435 West 12600 South. - Riverton City is proposing changes to Title 18.225 Accessory Structures regarding side yard setbacks and maximum building size. - Riverton City is proposing changes to Title 18.145 Automobile Parking regarding parking in front of commercial buildings. - Tamee Powell with J Craft Homes is requesting approval of a Residential Subdivision 'Hidden Pines Amended' located at 3854 W 13800 South. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the day of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
