We will purchase these items and then get reimbursed for a total of around $29,285.00. a. EKAHAU Package - this is a required package to help with Wifi on our campus i. Wirelesslan - $10,785.00 ii. H-Wire - $14,020.00 b. Wireless Access Points (Ruckus) i. CDW - $36,020.00 ii. Superior Solutions - $18,500 iii. SHI - $27,395.81 2. Sinks by the kitchen - The issue is we have battery packs that seem to go out at least a couple each year. We will need to transfer around $6,500 from 734: Tech Hardware to 710: Land and Site Improvement. With the CARES funding earlier in the year, we were able to purchase some Chromebooks, which we had allocated coming from this line item. We recommend switching to electrical powered instead of the battery packs. a. Discount Plumbing - $6,162.00 b. We are waiting on the other bids - can we approve to not exceed the $6,500? 3. SPED Technology Hardware - This was briefly talked about in the previous Board meeting. These are the items that they need ordered. a. Apple Products: i. Apple Store - $16,110.00 ii. We checked with Amazon, Best Buy and Costco - They all had limited quantities and were more than what Apple offers with their educational pricing. b. Chromebooks - 1. FireFly - $10,212.00 (includes pricing for protective shells to make them more rugged) 2. DHE - $9,523.45 (includes pricing for protective shells to make them more rugged) Next Meeting: The next regular Board Meeting will be held Aug 27th, 2020 at 7:30pm.
