MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2020 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order-Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Business Licenses: a. Shon Boys Vending, 1210 W 700 S. b. William M. Morris, PC, 1654 West 400 North. 4. Briefing on future commercial and ITZ development plan. 5. Convene the Community Reinvestment Agency. a. Discussion-action on Resolution authorizing the establishment of a survey area for the Northeast Commercial Area. b. Adjourn. 6. Discussion-action on Ordinance adopting MS County Estates Subdivision at 1119 South 1200 West by Joe Marsh. 7. Discussion-action on Resolution adopting interlocal agreement with Weber County for distribution of CARES Acts - Coronavirus Relief Fund. 8. Discussion-action on Resolution relating to boundary adjustment on 12th Street with Ogden City as requested by Weber School District. 9. Discussion-action on Community Events. 10. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 11. Adjourn until August 20, 2020. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about July 16, 2020. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
