NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the North Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, by electronic device. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the following items: Proposed re-zoning of property located at approximately 71 North Highway 89. The applicant, Brighton Development Utah, is proposing to re-zone the property from Highway Commercial (CH) to Planned District (P) to develop the property as a Planned District (P) development with 'for sale' residential townhomes.
