KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., at the Business Resource Center of Davis Technical College, 450 South Simmons Way, Kaysville, UT to consider: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-31-18 TO REFINE CLEAR VIEW REQUIREMENTS FOR CORNER LOTS PROHIBITING THE PLANTING OF TREES. And AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 17-31-3, ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS, AND AMENDING MULTIPLE CHAPTERS OF TITLE 17, PLANNING AND ZONING, TO DESIGNATE WHERE ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS MAY BE CONSIDERED. And AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-31-2 ACESSORY BUILDINGS, OF TITLE 17, PLANNING AND ZONING. The public is welcome to attend in person. Masks are recommended, and all of those in attendance will be required to participate in a socially distant manner. Comments are encouraged to be sent in ahead of the meeting to allow input for review but also to reduce the number of people who may attend in person.
