- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Sunset City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. The Hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Sunset Room of the Sunset City Building located at 200 West 1300 North. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit input from Sunset City residents on rezoning the property located at 200 West 1300 North from C-2 Commercial to R-3 multi-family dwellings. The public is invited to attend and participate in this discussion.
