- SALINA CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing August 12, 2020, at 6:40 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 145-2020 an Ordinance Concerning Annexation-Dedication of Water.
