DISCLOSURES E. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: July 9, 2020, Town Council Meeting F. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. G. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. NIGHTLY RENTAL CODE AMENDMENT & LICENSE FEE DISCUSSION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will continue a discussion on a proposed amendment to the Nightly Rental Code and a discussion on the Business License Fee Study. 2. TOWN WALKING TRAIL, PHASE 2 PROJECT BID AWARD. The Council will award the contract for the Town Walking Trail, phase 2 project. 3. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER & SEWER CODE. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the Water and Sewer Code. 4. AMENDMENT TO THE BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider an amendment to the Beautification Program to include lighting. 5. CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE RESOLUTION. Wendy Dowland, Public Works. The Council will consider a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2021 Consolidated Fee Schedule, a schedule of fees collected by the Town. 6. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. H. ADJOURNMENT
