WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held on August 11, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held on August 18, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss: Application #GPZ-6-2020, filed by Russell Platt To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from General Commercial to High Density Residential (12 to 20 units/acre) and a zone change from C-2 (General Commercial) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 4565 West 3500 South on 3.07 acres. Both meetings may be held electronically.
