AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AUGUST 5, 2020 NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETING REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on August 5, 2020, commencing at 7:00 pm. Pursuant to changes in the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act and Covid-19 Guidelines, this meeting will be conducted electronically. Citizens may submit comments via email at zoompubliccomment@afcity.net prior to 5:00 pm the day of the meeting and access a YouTube live stream of the meeting at afcity.org. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plan and final plat for the Edgewater Townhomes at American Fork, Plats 1-3, located at approximately 1130 West 330 South in the TOD zone 2. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plan and final plat for Rockwell Ranch Block 1 Phase 2, located at approximately 1000 West 360 South in the TOC zone 3. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plan and final plats for Rockwell Ranch Block 1 Phase 1, Plats A-D Condominium, located at approximately 1080 West 420 South in the TOD zone 4. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plan and final plat for Searle Meadows Subdivision, Lot 25 Amendment, located at approximately 1051 North 700 West Circle in the R1-12,000 zone 5. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary and final plat for American Fork Apartments, located at approximately 850 West 250 South in the TOD zone 6. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 17.4.608.4.H of the American Fork City Municipal Code relating to the Operational Overlay in the Transit-Oriented Development Zone. 7. Discussion on amendments to the CC-1 zone, allowing for residential uses downtown 8. Other Business 9. Site Plan Committee Report 10.
