Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 10-2-418(3) and (6)(a), the Town of Hideout, Utah adopted a resolution of its intent to annex that certain real property located in Wasatch and Summit counties, Utah along State Highway 248 and more particularly described on the following websites: the Town of Hideout at www.hideoututah.gov, the Utah Public Notice Website at www.utah.gov/pmn, or the Utah Legal Notice Website at https://www.utahlegals.com/. A public hearing on this matter is scheduled to be held at Hideout Town Hall at 6:00 p.m. on August 12th, 2020. A second public hearing on the annexation, and a possible vote to approve an annexation ordinance pertaining to the property depicted below is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hideout Town Hall.
