NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
City of Clearfield
The City of Clearfield is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The City of Clearfield tax on a $246,000 residence would increase from $132.86 to $166.96, which is $34.10 per year.
- The City of Clearfield tax on a $246,000 business would increase from $241.57 to $303.56, which is $61.99 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, City of Clearfield would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 25.66% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
