Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 6, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall which is located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following: addition of Parcel 077950002 to the Infill Development Map, and approve of an Infill Development Sub-zone along with the required Development Agreement. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Amy Rodriguez at 801-393-8681at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
