- SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE - The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on July 21, 2020. ORD. 20-04 - An ordinance amending the Future Land Use Plan (FLUP) Map for multiple properties located in and around the City of Logan. ORD. 20-15 - An ordinance adopting a rezone of approximately 10.5 acres of property located at 130 South 1200 West from Commercial Services (CS) to Commercial (COM) Westfield Warehouse Rezone. ORD. 20-16 - An ordinance amending Logan Municipal Code 12.24.010 Regulating: Trespass. These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication. Full text of the ordinances may be reviewed at the Office of the Logan City Recorder, City Hall, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah during regular business hours.
