PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to amend City Code Section 10-9A-12: Permissible Lot Coverage, by increasing the 30% threshold for maximum total lot coverage by buildings, accessory buildings and/or structures of each lot or parcel of land in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone; and providing for an effective date.
